On PE days, children will need to come to school in their P.E kits.

Y1 PE Days for Autumn 1& 2 (Sep-Dec) are Monday and Friday.

PE kit consists of: a full-length white t-shirt (or new burgundy Abbey logo version available from the Schoolwear Centre), black shorts (cycling shorts or football style shorts of a suitable length).

For all PE lessons, regardless of whether they take place indoors or outdoors, trainers must be worn.

Outdoor PE takes place weekly - as the weather turns colder, please ensure your child has black joggers/leggings and a dark-coloured, plain sweatshirt .

Earrings cannot be worn for PE lessons. Plasters/tape cannot be used to cover them up and children must be able to take their own earrings out.
