We have enjoyed learning about the water cycle this half term as part of our new learning in geography. We created our own water cycles to be able to observe condensation take place right before our eyes! We also recorded our explanation of how the water cycle works.

Indoor PE- this week we focused on developing our agility in athletics. After a thorough warm up to increase our heart rates, each team had two minutes to complete step ups, sprints, jumps and speed bounce. We definitely needed resilience to keep going!

New Learning Packs- during our maths lesson we used the part-part whole model from our learning pack to help us convert units of length.

Indoor PE- Resilience. The children had to work together in pairs and small groups to pass a hoop around a circle without breaking the 'chain', then keep a metre stick horizontal whilst lowering it down to the floor. They demonstrated resilience by refusing to give up until they had achieved the task.
